Agreement between CT3 and Jemdean
Today, a partnership agreement was signed between CT3 and Jemdean Ltd., aimed at the long-term storage of data for fiduciary management operations and corporate pension plans.
Partnership Details
The agreement covers the storage of both structured and unstructured content related to pension plan administration and fiduciary oversight, including records, reports, and supporting documentation. The integration will be carried out in stages, starting with data archiving and retrieval, and progressing to controlled sharing of selected datasets with authorized stakeholders in accordance with Jemdean’s governance requirements.
About Jemdean
Jemdean Ltd. is a company specializing in private wealth management and trust administration, offering comprehensive solutions for preserving and growing client capital. Over six years of operation, the company has attracted more than $120 million in assets under management and serves over 1,600 corporate and private clients. Jemdean Ltd. supports pension programs by helping build long-term capital preservation strategies and financial resilience. Its services include tax structuring as well as full Family Office support, ensuring a personalized approach to wealth management.

Storage Model and Data Architecture
As part of the collaboration, the majority of data will be stored in cold storage. This is due to the nature of Jemdean Ltd.’s operations, where a significant portion of information consists of archived documents, scans, call recordings, and other materials that do not require frequent or real-time access. This storage model enables long-term and cost-efficient data archiving while maintaining data integrity and accessibility when needed.
At the same time, a portion of the data will be placed in hot storage. These are files that must remain continuously accessible and ready for immediate retrieval. Such data contains sensitive information used in the company’s operational activities and in interactions with the public sector.
To enhance infrastructure reliability and minimize the risk of data loss, a triple-replication architecture has been implemented. This provides an additional layer of protection and system resilience, including in cases of potential failures on the miner infrastructure side.
Additionally, the agreement defines requirements for the geographical distribution of miners. To ensure optimal data transfer speeds, infrastructure located in Eastern Europe will be utilized. Since Jemdean Ltd. is a UK-based company that manages its data independently without granting access to third parties, this architecture helps optimize latency while maintaining a high level of data control.
Summary
The agreement with Jemdean Ltd. marks the first public case of our collaboration with a company operating in the pension sector and interacting with government pension institutions.
Beyond its immediate scope, this partnership highlights broader industry changes: decentralized storage is increasingly recognized as a reliable and practical solution for handling highly confidential information. In environments involving government institutions and pension-related data, decentralization provides an additional layer of security by limiting external jurisdictional exposure and reducing the risk of access by foreign or unauthorized entities.
